Nathan and I celebrated the new year by spending two relaxing weeks on the island of Roatan, Honduras.  Pristine beaches rim turquoise waters. Wooden bungalows perch above tranquil Caribbean seas.  We spent most of our time underwater, exploring Roatan’s world class diving locations.  What a refreshing beginning to a new year!
