It’s my pleasure to reintroduce you to one of my favorite families in all of San Diego; the Nguyens.  I’ve had the honor of photographing this family throughout the years, but my most memorable experience was photographing the birth of Legend last October (click here to view Legend’s birth story-http://courtneyweldenphotography.com/legends-birth-story/)

Our most recent session took place in one of San Diego’s best kept secret locations.  I had no idea this expansive, green, grassy park existed right in the middle of Mission Valley.  Mom and Dad stayed behind the camera during this session and let their kids play.  Each of the children remained busy all evening, playing ball, picking flowers, mowing the grass, and partaking in tea parties. What a sweet visit with my sister, and my three-year-old nephew, Skyler.  He is fun, athletic, and 100% boy.  Skyler happens to have a fixation with Ghostbusters (no joke-he really believes he’s a Ghostbuster)!   I was delighted to pull out my camera during an evening bike ride, and shoot a few photos of Skyler in his prime.  Thanks for coming to visit, we miss you already!

As a photographer, there is nothing sweeter than capturing your dear friends most monumental stages in life.  Less than two years ago, I  had the pleasure of photographing Chris and Tiffany’s wedding.  (Click link to view Chris and Tiffany’s beautiful wedding day-http://courtneyweldenphotography.com/the-twin-oaks-house-chris-tiffany/).  Skip ahead a couple years, and I found myself in awe as I photographed their brand new baby girl!  This little sweetheart left me in speechless.  Raegan was welcomed into the world just ten days ago.  She is so beautiful, and perfect, in every possible way.  Congratulations you two, and welcome to this beautiful adventure called parenthood.

The Palomino family couldn’t be more lovely, stylish, or charming.   Isabella and Anton stole my heart as they frolicked in a warm, golden field, and tossed stones into a trickling stream.  Johanna and Peter lightheartedly played with their children throughout the entire session.  A special congratulations to the Palomino family on the upcoming arrival of baby Oliver, due this Summer.    Your light and love will continue to grow as you welcome the newest member of your family.
